TICKET PURCHASE

TABLE RESERVATION AND PURCHASE

  • Once you decide on what “EVENT” to attend, select and click on the “BUY NOW” link
  • Confirm that the next screen matches the “EVENT” you decide to attend
  • You will see two selections: “TICKETS” & “TABLE RESERVATION / PURCHASE”
  • Using the toggle “+” or “-“ you can select the number of EVENT TICKETS and/or TABLE RESERVATIONS
  • Verify and confirm the “TOTAL” amount. If correct, click on the “CHECKOUT” button
  • The “More Info link, will give you additional information on the selection
  • After the “CHECKOUT” selection, the next screen, "COMPLETE YOUR ORDER” will show a summary of your purchase and an opportunity to select the preferred TABLE reservation. You may select up to 2. This is a First-Come-First-Serve basis. Complete section 1 (ENTER YOUR INFO)
  • Once you confirm your selection, hit the “SAVE AND CONTINUE” button
  • The next screen, “COMPLETE YOUR ORDER”, will summarize your total bill. It will show as PAYPAL the method of payment
  • Hit the button “PLACE YOUR ODER”
  • The next screen, “PAYPAL”, allows for 2 ways to pay. One is to login into your PAYPAL account if you have one, or enter your CREDIT CARD directly into method 2 as a PAYPAL GUEST CHECKOUT
  • Once you have completed the steps, hit the “PAY NOW” button. Ensure you did not get any errors and your payment was processed. Print a copy of your receipt (paper or digital) and bring to the WILL CALL window on the day of the EVENT
  • All Ticket and Table Reservations are Final and Non-Refundable
  • CONGRATULATIONS AND SEE YOU AT THE EVENT

REASONS FOR INCOMPLETE ORDERS (TO PROTECT YOU)

  • Your Card Is Maxed Out
  • Fraudulent Purchases
  • Authorized User Dropped From the Account
  • Transactions Holds
  • Foreign/International Transactions
  • Unusual Purchases
  • Delinquent Accounts
  • Your Card Has Expired
  • Transposed Numbers
  • Mismatched Current and Billing Address
  • A Closed Account
  • Using Someone’s Else Credit Card Without Approved User

REASONS WHY PAYPAL PAYMENTS MAY BE REJECTED

1. Rejected by the system fraud tool - transaction appears to be high-risk or fraudulent
2. User payment limit exceeded
3. Multiple payment attempts
4. Different Paypal account profile data registered
5. Insufficient funds

Please make sure your PayPal account is verified and the billing information and address are correct. If your payment is still rejected, you are advised to select a different payment method for the purchase
